One approach that I have found effective when working with clients of all life stages is called “tapping,” or emotional freedom techniques. This is a quick and easy to utilize practice that can bring about healing from:

  • Fear
  • Stress
  • Post-traumatic stress disorder
  • Chronic pain
  • Resistance to change
  • Dealing with toxic relationships

Life is busy with families, work, health limitations, and travel commitments. Time is at a premium. My certification as a distance counselor makes it possible for us to continue our work together via the internet or phone at times when we are unable to meet in the office.
